1. Information we collect
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or any other tracking technology. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not run third-party scripts that do.
The only personal information we hold is what you send us voluntarily:
- Our contact form. If you use the form on our contact page, we receive the name, email address and message you enter.
- Email. If you write to mail@greenlite.tech, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write.
Our web host records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for the purpose of serving the site securely and reliably. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when a page loads.
2. How we use your information
We use the information you send us only to reply to you and to deal with the matter you raised — for example a support question, a bug report or a press enquiry. We do not add you to a mailing list without your asking, and we do not use your details for marketing.
3. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to anyone.
Our contact form is operated on our behalf by Web3Forms, which receives your submission and forwards it to our inbox. They process it only to deliver the message to us. You can read their privacy policy at web3forms.com/privacy-policy. If you would rather not use a third-party service, email us directly instead — the address is above.
Messages reach us by email, so our email provider also handles them in the ordinary course of delivering our mail. Beyond this, we share information only where we are required to by law, or in response to a valid legal request.
4. Retention
We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful for support and for our own records, and no longer than necessary.
5. Your choices
You are never required to give us personal information to use this site or our games — the contact form is entirely optional. If you have written to us and would like your correspondence deleted, ask and we will remove it. Depending on where you live you may also have rights to access, correct or object to our use of your information; email us and we will help.
6. Data security
We apply reasonable measures to protect the information we hold from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. The site is served over HTTPS.
7. Children
This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for operational, legal or regulatory reasons. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
